Is dough baked into a cake a physical or chemical change

Chemical, you can't change it back.

Chemical, Because you can't change it back into just mixing powder.
It's fairly IMPOSSIBLE.

I'm not positive but I think it's a chemical change because u can't ever get it to go back to its original dough form
