Strontium consists of four isotopes with masses of 84 ( abundance 0.50%), 86 (abundance of 9.9%), 87 ( abundance of 7.0%), and 88 ( abundance of 82.6%). Calculate the atomic mass of strontium
Does anybody know the step by step answer? I have no idea how to answer this question!

My friend
If the isotope 84 appears in the world in 0.5% of all Strontium, than, it'will colaborate with 0.5% of atomica mass of element = 0.42 u
In the same way, the isotope 86 will be: 86 x 9.9% = 8.514 u
Etc..
87
87 x 7% = 6,09 u
88 x 82.6% = 72.7 u
The atomica mass = 0.42 u + 8.514 u + 6,09 u + 72.7 u = 87.7 u
