86 moles of ZnO x 81.4 g/mol = 232.Hope this helps...good luck!......
Zinc metal can be obtained fro zinc oxide (ZnO) by reacting the oxide with the element carbon. The products of he reaction are Zn and CO2. What mass of zinc oxide is needed to react completely with 1.43 mol of carbon? Answer in units of g please, thanks a lot! Best Answer and 5 stars to whoever gives right answer thanksss

C + 2 ZnO ---> 2 Zn + CO2

1.43 moles C x (2 moles ZnO / 1 mole C) = 2.86 moles of ZnO

2.86 moles of ZnO x 81.4 g/mol = 232.8 grams of ZnO

Hope this helps...good luck!
