Diluted it could be used as fertilizer.-They both produce harsh fumes that could be harmful to the human. It can also oxidize most material that comes in its way. It can only be really harmful to the environment if youre not careful with it and know how to dispose of it.......

It isn't if you are talking about the quantities that a person might normally have. It is the acid in your stomach. It would be harmful to a small area if you dumped it somewhere.

Sulfuric is more toxic. It can dissolve flesh when concentrated. Even that isn't likely to be much of problem unless you are talking about industrial scales. Diluted it could be used as fertilizer.
