You like History and you like Biology, I'd meet in the middle and study Paleontology or an evolutionary biology based course, I'm studying biology in university at the moment and the evolution lectures have been amazing, its not so much working out problems or equations its all knowledge based (like history) and you talk about the origins of earth 4.5 billion years ago, the first signs of life, the different flora and fauna and look at the fossil record as well as theories about extinction events, theres still so much to learn about evolutionary biology its an exciting field to get into!
It won't be impossible for you to do a biology related major trust me, the first year you'll be studying more or less the same stuff you have been this year, it just gets everyone up to speed, if theres something telling you to do it, then do it! I'd recommend it, its a really great degree.
good luck!

Meeting in the middle with anthropology would be good too. But if you have your heart set on epidemiology, biology would probably be a better background than history. You are obviously able to memorize a lot of facts which is important for biology so I suspect you would do well in it. I personally find bio more interesting and like how it allows for more critical thinking but in the end do what you love.
