I am doing a long essay on how NASA's budget should increase.
So far my title is: NASA's Budget: What a Joke?
Yeah it is pretty awful right?
Anyone have any suggestions?

A Penny For NASA Makes Sense.
Since the current budget for NASA is under $0.005 per Federal Budget Dollar, imagine the return on investment if their budget was doubled?

Missing The Payoff By Limiting NASA's Budget
Money spent at NASA has had up to 14 to 1 payoff (even 2 or 3 to 1 is better than most programs) to the federal government in the form of increased taxes on goods and services created by new technology from NASA engineering advances. http://www.nationaljournal.com/njonline/…

We could have just stayed in the dark ages, you know. All that abstract scientific pondering that came with the Renaissance, it certainly didn't help the common person then. But they never imagined the later benefits of electricity, flight, machinery, things we take for granted today. If we decide further pondering over the nature of the universe is not worth the cost today, what might it cost future generations instead?
