No one really knows, there is only theories. In a vacuum you'd continue at your current speed until the effects of gravity either pull you to a stop or you hit an object. This is moot of course, as even the fastest objects man has ever made take years to leave our solar system, and even in a human's lifetime you couldn't reach the closest stars we have observed, let alone pass the hundreds of billions of galaxies to reach the "edge"

I will be deleting this answer because Azer has said everything I would of said lol Apart from the apparent nature of the universe curvature which would mean that. Long after you was dead unless you survived in some kind of cryogenic chamber this curvature would take you in a circular route and ultimately somewhere close to your starting point

As the universe is so large you would die before reaching the hypothetical edge of the universe. However let's just say you could travel fast enough, you may end up where you started albeit on the other side of the earth...

The current thinking is eventually you'd come back to where you started - a lot like starting at the pole of the earth and walking the equator - .....

You would keep going forever because space is still expanding or you might fly into a sun, get hit by asteroids or get sucked into a blackhole or a gravitational pull of a planet.
