Can Entropy happen in reverse, a place where time can go backwards

So everything you did in that room would be reversed, even your memories of what you did in the room would be eresed. So as soon as you step into the room in space you would just step right back out of it again, and you would not remember what happened, but to you a whole year would have passed from you perspective.Every object in the universe wants to go from a state of order to disorder,......
When I think of a place where time could flow backwards I think of a room in space you would step into, and say you lived in this room for a whole year, then you pushed a button that could reverse time in the whole room, right back from the moment you stepped inside the room, and only in the room not outside the room.
So everything you did in that room would be reversed, even your memories of what you did in the room would be eresed.
So as soon as you step into the room in space you would just step right back out of it again, and you would not remember what happened, but to you a whole year would have passed from you perspective.
Every object in the universe wants to go from a state of order to disorder, like if you have a glass of water and you drop it on the floor, it smashes and the pieces go everywhere in all directions.
So if you think about what makes entrapy happen on the glass of water when you smash it on the floor, there are some forces acting on the glass. .
Like gravity when the pieces of the cup smash on the floor gravity is having a effect on where the pieces of glass are going.
If you threw the glass of water on the floor hard at a sideways angle, rarther than just dropping it straight down to the floor, as the glass of water hit the floor the broken pieces would have velocity and keep on moving after they had hit the floor, so you could say there is the force of movement acting on the glass pieces.
So if you smashed the glass in space where there is no gravity, you could say you have taken one force away that is acting on the glass pieces of glass when it breaks, stopping the reversing of entrapy.
If you could somehow break the glass in space without throwing it against a object so it would have no moving velocity, you could say there are now 2 forces not acting on the glass.
The glass is now not having gravity pull on the pieces when it breaks, and the glass is still, it is not moving, so you could say the force of movement has been removed, which is a factor in entrapy.
