The Voyager 1 probe took 1164 days (3.2 years) to reach Saturn and Voyager 2 took just over 12 years to reach Neptune.
The Cassini mission (launched 1997) took almost 7 years to reach Saturn.
It really depends on how much fuel is used, the path taken, the current position of the planets. If you had a large enough rocket, and Saturn was at its closest to earth, you could get there in under a year if you took the shortest route and had fuel to burn.

You should specify the method of transportation. Fastest vehicle (to Pluto, the New Horizons probe) was going at 36,373 mph at engine shutdown. With flybys of planets to go faster, it is taking about a decade to get to Pluto. (Jan '06 to Jul '15). Pluto is about the same distance as to Neptune.
Trip by Casini to Saturn took a little less.

Go to NASA's website, find the launch dates of Pioneer 11, Voyagers 1 and 2 and Cassini, and the dates each arrived at Saturn. Do the same for the one probe that has been to Neptune.

It would depend on the distance of the route taken and the speed traveled.
-
If you plan on getting there on foot, I would say about 25,000 years or so.
-
how long it would your mind take to reach there?
