A Galaxy is a huge amount of stars orbiting a single point and galaxies can have hundreds of billions of stars in them. That's about 100000000000 stars minimum in "normal" sized galaxies. We live in the Solar System which is a system of planets that orbits just one of these stars, the sun. The sun is one of the hundreds of billions of stars that orbit our galaxy which is the Milky Way.

A galaxy is a very large group of stars bound loosely together by gravity. Galaxies typically have a few hundred billion stars, though there are some galaxies that are much larger and some "dwarf" galaxies that only have a few million stars.

It means a group of stars. We live in the Milky Way Galaxy and it contains about 200 billion stars.
