Not as how we define life. The intense solar radiation, the extremes in heat and cold, and the lack of atmosphere, water, and other nutrients make it very, very unlikely.

There's zero atmosphere and virtually no materials needed for life. There is however Ice on the moons poles, but that ice is so cold we don't know of any life that could live there.
