NSA releases documents proving extraterrestrial contact

Here is the link if you want to see it yourself... I'm a pretty big skeptic but I took this off of the NSA's official website. I'm just wondering why this hasn't gotten more attention with the news or other internet sources as it seems to be authentic. It was recently put online by the NSA and seems to openly admit to receiving contact from an extra-solar planet. The message which was sent several times is thought to be a code representing the periodic table. Does anybody know anymore about this? Why it hasn't received more attention while grainy fake UFO videos make the headlines all the time? I want to debunk this but like i said, it's on the NSA's website and I don't know where to go from here.

And... this one shows that these were hypothetical messages intended to test the cryptographic ingenuity of the readers, based upon another article about in which the author was hypothesising about how one might actually go about trying to translate such a message.

Hence, the complete lack of technical details about the message itself or its apparent origin point.

If you had actually looked at the document, you would have realized that it's a code game. Basically, someone made up a few codes based on math to see if anyone else could decode them to find the message, the idea being that aliens might try to communicate that way. It wasn't actually codes from space or from aliens. It was just a trial run of what we might get, and probably wouldn't, since all the transmissions we send out are in our languages which aren't based in logic.
