My stepdad knows a guy that can hook me up with a job on a farm. I've always been kind of a city boy but I don't really like it. I wanna be a country boy and I think this would be a good place to start. I want to learn how to work like a man, do all that stuff. I don't mind hard work. Should I do it?

I guess it depends on the type of farm. I work on a pig farm, which goes from farrow to finish. I have worked there since I was 14. You learn how to use different machinary. The hours suck sometimes though, as I have worked 18 hour days and don't really have a social life when field work is being done. You can't slack off, and you need to be responsible.
