Do monkeys and apes tend to have flat faces or round(prominent) facial features

Are their facial features like forehead and cheekbones round(prominent) or flat?

It's a hard question to answer because technically apes are a type of monkey. They evolved from monkeys (many are considered monkeys), and I doubt you'll find a significant face shape difference between the diverse species of both groups.

Now you may be looking for the difference between great apes and other primates. That may produce an answer.

Well apes have chubby face a bit and monkeys usually have flat ones, but its to do with the species i guess?

I don`t know about their faces, but it is said that monkeys & apes can be tickled, unlike all other animals...now isn`t that awesome?...
