We are a different species. Cannibalism would be if a human ate another human, not if a human ate a cow or rabbit or something.
By the way, meat is important for us. It is part of nature. I have met vegetarians who were unhealthy. One vegetarian admitted that he was unhealthy due to no meat on his bones because all he ever ate were salads and veggies. He started adding meat to his salads and slowly got his health back in check.

It's only cannabalistic if you eat the meat of the same species of animal. Are Lions being cannabalistic when they eat a Zebra? Are Wolves being cannabalistic when they eat a Moose? Are Frogs being cannabalistic when they eat a Slug?
