It's black and an orange-red. I've searched all over for the name and I can't find anything. I've found a few pictures of it but no one knows the name or anything.

Insects aren't venomous. Only hymenopterans and a limited number of those are "dangerous". To me it looked like a Chrysomelidae or Meloidae but I'd have to a tarsi count and other things to get a beetle I've never seen to a family level. But really insects are harmless unless you're a plant.
