I just woke up and happened to look in my tv and it shows the reflection of my doorway. I saw this big bulky shadow of a person just look in my door for a few seconds and just walk by into the living room. I asked my brother in law if it was him cause he was the only one close to my doorway and he said no (he was sitting down with his laptop). I know it couldn't of been my little sister or mom cause the figure looked nothing like them. They are so small and short and the shadow figure was rather big like the structure of a grown man. My dad is at work also. Should I be worried and is there any logical explanation?

It could have been a ghost, why not. But you asked about 'logical' explanations.
You saw a reflection in your TV screen, which isn't exactly a perfectly reflective surface at the best of times. The reflection could have been easily distorted. You had also just woken up, so part of your mind may have still been in dream-world AND your eyes may have still been adjusting to the light.
Dreams can keep running in your head even several minutes after you wake up, and it takes your eyes a while to get into focus. Combine that with the semi-reflectiveness of a TV screen, and nothing you see under those circumstances would be unusual.
Should you be worried? No. Even if it wasn't your eyes playing tricks on you or something playing tricks with your eyes (both are known to happen), there's nothing to worry about. Even amongst ghost researchers, there have been no credible reports of ghosts ever harming the living. Whatever you saw, it wasn't a threat to you.

I Believe in ghosts because i have had paranormal experiences at my own home.
There are good and bad spirits first of all answer the following.
Was this spirit threatening or good?
Did he look evil or good.
I Suggest you call in a paranormal expert. If its a good ghost then you would feel safe if its bad you would feel bad So if you want to get rid of it call a paranormal expert or priest.

Have any of your family died? That's why he/she hanging around your house. I think you should start ghost hunting, just like ghost hunter in the TV show. Maybe like ask the ghost some questions (You need some dark and quiet place to ask questions). Hope this helps.
