Like you said, pretty obvious reasons why these things are not paranormal.
I'm pretty sure that everything you listed is normal. Hahah just remember, everything has a logical explanation. It's fun to be paranoid too though sometimes =P
Might be batteries leaks or old electrical problem and old house used to be a lot problem now a day! ^^
there are obvious reasons, but to me it sounds a little too coincidental. I don't know if I've just been watching too much Ghost Adventures, but the phone thing is a little creepy. I've been having a few creepy things happen in my house too. First, my mom was watching tv and she called my dad to come look at something. She heard him say hold on, but he didnt come. Finally he came in throught the garage door. SHe asked him if he'd been out there the whole time, and he said yes. Second, I was in the bathroom and my mom was in my brothers room, and you can see my doorway from where she was. I came out and she said did you just come out? and I said yes and she said oh your door just closed I thought you went in there. And a few minutes ago, I was in the laundry room getting clothes out of the dryer, and all of a sudden the light turned on....
