x2 = 3 y2 = 8

slope = y - y1/x - x1 = y2 - y1/x2 - x1
slope = y - 3/x - 1 = 8 - 3/3 - 1 = 5/2
slope = 2(y - 3) = 5(x - 1)
2y - 6 = 5x - 5
y = 5/2x + 1

y = 3x - 1
