There are mechanoreceptors (receptors that detect distortion) called stretch receptors in the proximal stomach (the upper part of the stomach). When you eat food, the stomach increases in volume and stretches. These stretch receptors detect the change and send signals to the medulla, located in the brain.
The signals are the reason why you feel full. The brain interprets these signals as the feeling of "fullness" and this discomfort increases when the stomach stretches more (due to more signals being sent by the receptors). It is the reason why you don't want to eat.
So the reason why you don't want to eat after eating is because you're full ;)
