Hello, I'm an 18 year old guy and I always have cold hands. I'm starting to get tired of having cold hands. What can I do to? Please help!

Aerobic excersize and a diet rich in vitamin K (asparagus, broccoli, brussels sprouts).
Both will improve circulation and keep your extremeties warmer.
Also if you smoke, that will decrease circulation so consider quitting... for other reasons too.

if by "cold hands" you mean white, cold and numb in the finger tips, than it may be Raynaud's Disease. Check it out to compare your symptoms.

(of course their are other sites, too)
If not, then just have a pair of gloves with you ALL the time. Maybe your doctor can suggests some things.
Hope this helped (:

I would consult with your doctor if its that much of an issue, I have cold feet but I guess you don't "shake feet". I'm sure your doctor can help, best of luck to you.

Anything that increases the heart rate will help.
