Yes, there might be beings with such advanced technology, that for us it would look God like. But a god such as religions describe, is a physical impossibility. Ultimate perfection is impossible. You cannot have ultimate judgment and ultimate mercy at the same time. If you have ultimate mercy, that means you are forgiving everyone no matter what crimes they committed. If you have ultimate judgment, that means no matter what you do to atone even for smallest of mistakes, you will receive no mercy. So those two concepts are a physical impossibility in the same entity.
Plus you are clearly bias, by claiming that is is impossible that concept of God is only creation of humans. So your "analysis" already have a predetermined outcome: "God exists and whatever else you say, I will just ignore."

"We all know that God is a possibility". No we do not, God is a figment of the American imagination. If you can show me even the slightest shred of proof that God does exist then I will believe, however, you cannot as he does not exist
