:) Maybe Kepler 11 in Cygnus or HD10180 in Hydra.
Of the two HD10180 is far closer. A mere 127 light years off. (it would still take a zillion years to get there with only the known laws of physics at our disposal)
Each of those stars has 6 confirmed planets. That means (most likely) that they have a dozen or so actual planets some of which may very well be in the Goldilocks zone. HD10180 probably has one, and its star is very Sun-like.
We don't know about things like moons in other solar systems. We can assume the same laws apply so "very very probably" is as good as you are going to get.

just my advice. if you're going to write a novel about other star system, always include human race into your subject character. Alien civilization will not buy your book. we will. enough of star wars idea, it's not real.
I would suggest if you could write about a sci-fi movie about the end of the red sun where human already ventured to seek new home planet but not knowing that on the nearby planet of that star system, a not so high-tech civilization exist on a different form and with a different chemical composition. but they are like what we are today. they have government, they have society and most probably they make wars. but their planet is not habitable by humans.
