A salaried employee is paid based on the job they do not by the hours they work.

But seriously, divide 1.2 million by 52 (52 weeks in a year). Then divide that amount by 40 (40 hours in a work-week) - that's if you're working full-time. That will be approx. how much you'll get an hour.
