Perimeter of table cloth.... help!?
A table cloth covers a square table, with each side measuring 40 inches. If the tablecloth is 6 inches wider than the table on each side, what is the perimeter of the table cloth?

busterwasmycat say: four squares at the corners which are 6x6 and do not have corresponding lengths on the rectangle inside (the table). Only the two outer walls of each square matter (add to perimeter) so 4 x (6+6) is the amount of increase.
