Simple rule of thumb
A gogol is 10^100
99! is 1*2*3*....*99
You have only 9 factors in 99! that are smaller than 10;
They are largely compensated by the 89 that are bigger.
Even if there is one missing. So, instinct says that 99! has to be bigger.

If you just count in terms of "number of 0",
99*98
97*96
...
33*32
are all bigger than 1000. So those 34 factors of 99! alone count for more than 100 "0". Even if you skip the 1*2*3*...*31 factor, you have still far more than a gogol.


And anyway, easiest answer for the end. Just use python, and type factorial(99)
Factorial(99) is 9.33 × 10¹⁵⁵ or so.
