You cannot deal with the radicals unless the radicands are identical. To do that, take out the square.Combine only the radicals.The answer is 1 + 7√2.Translate.......
(4+radical50)-(3-radical8)

Can you help me simplify this? Thank you guys :)

Here is one more, if you understand it
(8radical6-radical2)+(5radical6-6radic…

-
(4+radical50)-(3-radical8)
(4+radical2*25)-(3-radical2*4)
(4+5radical2)-(3-2radical2)
4+5radical2-3+2radiacal2
1+7radical2

8radical6-radical2)+(5radical6-6radical2…
(i'm assuming the last number is 2)

(8radical6-radical2)+(5radical6-6radical…
8radical6-radical2+5radical6-6radical2
13radical6-7radical2

-
(4 + radical50) - (3 - radical8)

Translate.

(4 + √50) - (3 - √8)

Write the 1st group , but wihtout the parenthesis. Distribute the negative to each term in the 2nd group.

4 + √50 - 3 + √8

Rearrange like terms.

4 - 3 + √50 + √8

Combine like terms. You cannot deal with the radicals unless the radicands are identical. To do that, take out the square.

1 + √(25 x 2) + √(4 x 2)

1 + 5√2 + 2√2

Combine only the radicals.

1 + (5 + 2)√2

1 + 7√2

The answer is 1 + 7√2.

(8radical6-radical2)+(5radical6-6radica…

Translate.

(8√6 - √2) + (5√6 - 6√2)

Rewrite the whole problem, but without the parenthesis.

8√6 - √2 + 5√6 - 6√2

Rearrange to only combine the identical radicals.

8√6 + 5√6 - √2 - 6√2

Combine only the identical radicals.

(8 + 5)√6 (- 1 - 6)√2

13√6 - 7√2

The answer is 13√6 - 7√2

For a start, turn the radicals into decimals; you can do this with a simple calculator or scientific. Radical 50 becomes 7.1 and radical 8 gives us approximately 2.8. Now I will evaluate the function;
(4+7.1)-(3-2.8)

That negative is deadly; remember it applies to everything in the second set I parenthesis.

4+7.1-3+2.8

4-3=1
7.1+2.8=9.9
9.9+1=10.9

Putting it as an improper fraction we get 109/10

-
(4+radical50)-(3-radical8)

solution:

radical50 = 5radical2
radical8= 2radical2

(4+5radical2) - (3-2radical2)
4 + 5radical2 - 3 + 2radical2
4 - 3 + 5radical2 + 2radical2
1+7radical2 Answer.
