so 26-3=23. THe probability of not drawing a red face card is 23/26.......
I believe this needs to be 13*52 for rank and 4*52 for suit but having trouble configuring the probability.

An experiment consists of selecting a card at random from a 52-card deck. Refer to this experiment and find the probability of the event. (Enter your answer as a fraction.)

(a) A spade or a jack is drawn.

(b) A black face card is drawn.

(c) A red face card is not drawn.

A) well a quarter of the deck are spades, and 4 of the cards are jacks, but one of them is already inclduded. so 52/4 =13 plus 3 jacks = 16. so the probability of drawing a spade or a jack is 16/52, or rounded down is 4/13

B) half the deck is black. there are 12 face cards in total, half are black. So 12/2 is 6. so the answer is 6/52. then you round down to 3/26

C) You can refer to the previous answer. 3/26 is also the probability of drawing a RED face card. so all you have to do is subract this from the whole deck aka 26. so 26-3=23. THe probability of not drawing a red face card is 23/26.

hope that helped XD
