Bill-M say: The time zones are correct. The 15 Degrees per time zone is correct.
Looks ok to me. However the International Date Line does not follow 180 Degrees longitude exactly, It bounces around a bit so it does not pass through any of those small South Pacific island countries.

It is a line that is co-linear with the 180 degrees meridian, with three digressions to accommodate local/national time zones.
1 deviation ; through the bering strait and the Aleutian Islands
2 devition ; through the paciific Islands group of Kiribati
3 deviation ' east of New Zealand to accommodate small outlying islands of New Zealand.
