Is it haploid, diploid, or some other term I have yet to run across? I've just been writing it has "haploid n+n" when it comes up but...

Haploid n+n is fine, as far as I know. You may also call it binucleate. It's definitely not diploid. A mycologist may have a better term.

n+n=2n could be described as two haploid cells (sperm + egg) combining to form a single diploid cell.
The haploid number of chromosomes for an orginism is 'n', A cell with double the haploid number is considered diploid. Diploid is usually written as '2n' but I would assume that cell with 'n+n' chromosomes is diploid as well.
